- Streamlined QR and Barcode Extraction: if you regularly handle documents that contain multiple codes, we’ve simplified the way you can configure their extraction. You can filter them based on format, pages, and patterns, and process them with higher precision and reliability.
- Predictive Accounting Powered by LLMs: Stop wondering if the actions your tools take are correct - enjoy more confidence with a decision-making process that’s transparent and well informed. Our platform now utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to power predictions for General Ledger (GL) accounts and cost centers, thus increasing the accuracy of actions but also providing clear reasoning behind each prediction.
- Enhanced Master Data Enrichment with LLMs: We’ve also integrated LLMs into our master data enrichment process, so you can reduce errors due to data inconsistency and identify the most suitable master data entries for your documents to start streamlining your data management quickly.
- Multi-Dimensional Data Lookup: Our new multi-dimensional lookup feature is like an advanced version of Excel’s VLOOKUP, but applied to your document data. This allows for complex data enrichment by matching information from multiple sources and criteria, ensuring the most accurate and contextually appropriate outcomes.

- Automatic Prompt Versioning: track all changes, see who made updates, or revert to earlier versions of your prompts if you want. It's like a safety net for your AI workflows.
- Multi-Step Prompts: Remove complexity by breaking down tasks into smaller chunks and execute them in sequence with our multi-step prompt capability. This is particularly useful for handling large documents with multiple pages, requiring complex processing logic.
- Image Input for Prompting: Achieve even better performance by adding images into your prompts alongside text to give LLMs more context and nuance.
4. Studio
Greater precision and speed in document management
- Advanced Document Validation Rules now available in Studio let you define precise criteria for data validation – including conditional rules, support for regular expressions, logical operations, and more. Remove the noise and inconsistencies and focus effort only on the information that moves the needle of your business.
- JSON Editor for Data Points: Configure your schemas and data rules in real time with the built-in JSON editor. No more exporting files or switching screens—now you can make detailed adjustments directly within Hypatos Studio.
5. Insights
Enhanced data reporting for better decisions
- Customizable Reporting: From now on you can include non-standard accounting attributes that are important for your business processes and add new posting data fields to monitor their accuracy and give you more control and options when troubleshooting.
- Improved Data Ingestion: We’ve rolled out a new extraction job that ensures all documents, regardless of their status in Hypatos Studio, are ingested and available in the Insights database, making your data analysis more comprehensive and efficient.
6. Integrations
Introducing a new standard connector - sFTP - and a series of enhancements to our existing ones that turn them into even more efficient sidekicks for enterprise financial processing tasks.
- sFTP: Transfer processed documents automatically from Hypatos Studio to an sFTP directory and make document management smoother and more secure.
- Coupa
- New line-level taxation support allows you to send tax information for each line item created. This ensures more accurate tax handling and compliance, giving you better control over your invoices at a detailed level.
- Email content management: original email content and attachments delivered to Hypatos can now be transferred to Coupa, along with the image scan of the original invoice giving you a complete record of all related documents in one place.
- Workday: advanced tax code derivation allows you to predict the tax codes for each line-item significantly improving your tax processing efficiency
- The Hypatos SAP Connector versions 1.6.0 and 1.6.1 have been released. For more details see release notes
