Investigating — Insights delays

Resolved - As per our provider: Issue is resolved.
Monitoring - The provider informed that the root cause was identified and issue was fixed. Connectivity issues should not happen again.
Investigating - We're monitoring an upstream incident with one of our infrastructure providers (ClickHouse) that may affect parts of our Insights system. The provider has identified the root cause and is working on a resolution. We'll post updates here as we learn more. No action is needed on your end.

Performance degradation in EU Cluster

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.
Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
Identified - We are currently experiencing poor performance during document upload and processing on our EU Cluster. Our Customer Care and Engineering teams are actively working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience created.

This upgrade is part of our continuous effort to enhance performance, reliability, and security, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. The maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, February 28th, 2026, at 11:00 AM CET (5:00 AM EST). The expected duration is up to 1 hour.
